RESOURCE DUE DILIGENCE OPPORTUNITY
Desktop mapping places most of the parcel within the Walloon Coal Measures, with a small contact of Main Range Volcanics basalt near the south-western edge. The mapped sandstone, shale and clay-type material may be relevant to fill, road base, capping and landscaping products, subject to field testing and commercial assessment.
The headwater position, spring-fed watercourses and central valley may also be relevant to operational water planning. Any dam, holding pond or extractive use would require hydrology, environmental, planning, transport and technical review.
Review the memorandums, maps, geology, access, water and approval pathway.
Arrange inspection, sampling, ecology walkover and road or power scoping.
Complete outcrop review, test pits, drilling and material durability testing.
Obtain planning, transport, environmental and water advice.
Consider an option, purchase, lease, joint venture or staged access arrangement.
This material presents a due diligence opportunity. The property is not an approved quarry and no resource estimate has been completed. Any future extractive use depends on testing, planning and environmental approvals, transport assessment, water approvals and commercial agreement with the landowner.
